600 metres down stream, free start
- No competitor or boat may take part in more than one event per division with the exception of Masters/Junior doubles which will take place across all three divisions.
- All masters events both open and women’s. Mixed Masters 50:50 men:women.
- Master/Junior doubles - 1 Master 1 Junior. Men or women.
- Masters Novice and IM3 events will not be handicapped by age category - i.e. all Masters, whatever age category, will race in one event without handicap.
- Entry and payments by British Rowing online system only.
- £10 per seat coxes free.
- Entries close Monday 16th July 12pm.
- Pint pewter tankards will be awarded provided four crews race.
