Burway Rowing Club is offering Learn to Scull courses for both experienced sweep rowers and complete beginners, Adult and Junior. The Senior course is coached by British Rowing regional coach Christy Job. The courses run for 4 weeks Saturday’s at 1pm throughout 2011 and will include quad sculling, double sculling, single scull confidence drills and single scull manoeuvrability. The course fee of £90 includes temporary membership of Burway Rowing Club. Participants must also become a social member British Rowing which is a fee of £24 which can be paid online at http://www.britishrowing.org.uk

Burway also runs a similar Learn to row course for Juniors coached by Burway head coach Jim Mathieson. The course will cost £50 and be held over six weeks. At the end of the course you will be invited to join Burway as a full member.
